Comfortable beds. Great downtown location near key sites.
Rooms and bathrooms are outdated, resembling 1970s decor. Water issues, like the swimming pool being dirty and plumbing problems such as water dripping from the ceiling in one instance, detracted from the experience. Breakfast selection could use improvement to meet international standards.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the charming decor with pottery and tapestries, and the delicious breakfast. However, the pool area could use a bit more privacy.

8/10
I tell ya what, the breakfast spread was somethin' to write home about! Plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, and delicious scrambled eggs. The staff treated us like family, too. Only downside was the AC coulda worked better, but we made do with a comfy bed. The rooftop pool was a real treat in the heat!

Impressive attention from staff, especially with the retrieval of forgotten items, shows their dedication to service. The rooftop bar and pool area provide a nice vibe, perfect for relaxation after exploring the city. However, the decor feels outdated, and the plumbing issues detracted from the comfort. Breakfast choices were decent but could be enhanced for more variety.

This hotel is ideally located near the city centre of Santiago, close to Santa Lucia metro station. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the complimentary drink at the bar is a lovely touch. The staff was particularly accommodating, moving us to another room when our AC was not functioning properly.
